Outlaw Effects pedals purchased in the USA and Canada from an authorized dealer are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use from date of purchase to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year. This warranty is not transferable. Outlaw Effects (or one of its designated Service Centers) will repair or replace at its sole discretion any product or part that it finds to be defective.

If you are the original purchaser of an Outlaw Effect product, and it requires service of any kind, please first contact the authorized dealer from which the item was purchased. If service is indeed warranted, either the owner of the product or the authorized dealer should contact our distributor:

Warranty service requires the proof of purchase to be presented at the time of service request. Our warranties cover both the cost of labor and materials on any repair deemed necessary by our Service Technicians. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear of a product or its parts

• Defects or damages caused by any modifications, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care of a product

• Damage and deterioration caused by accidents

• Any and all charges if no fault/defect is found

• Products whose serial number/ID number/trademark have been modified or removed

• Products purchased from an unauthorized dealer or seller

• Products owned by someone other than the original owner

• Products that have been serviced by unauthorized persons (any person other than an authorized Service Technician)
   

All transportation, insurance and freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Outlaw Effects is not responsible for damage incurred during the shipping of products from the owner due to improper packaging of the product(s). Outlaw Effects assumes no liability for property damage or personal injury to self or others resulting from failure of this product, nor any loss of income, wages or profit arising from the loss of use of instrument due to defects.
